I came from Egypt to Russia to study oil and gas engineering. I chose Russia, firstly, because I have friends here, and secondly, there is a very good education in Russia.

I am grateful to the Saratov State Technical University for accepting me to study, and to my teachers, for helping me to learn Russian.

My name is Nader Amr I studied Russian at SSTU. I had good teachers, so it was easy for me to learn Russian. I had a great time at SSTU. I liked the way we were treated. I was not sad about home! They also have excellent methods of socializing foreigners. I also want to say about the beautiful city called "SARATOV". I loved this city very much. There are many museums and wonderful places in Saratov. There is the Volga river there. I loved walking along the Volga embankment, there is a very nice and beautiful view. This was my favorite place. I had a great time in Saratov. I fell in love with both Saratov and Russia. I am now in Egypt continuing my studies at one of the best Egyptian universities. This is the "MUST" university. I'm studying to be an engineer, but I really miss Russia and want to visit it soon.

I came from Egypt to study in Russia. I always wanted to be a mechanical engineer but couldn't study mechanical engineering in my country. I was sure that there was another option and I chose Russia among many variants on the internet. My friends told me that Russia is the large industrial country and is very suitable for studying mechanical engineering. There are many Arabs in Russia who offer help to new students. Now Russia is my second home, I feel like a part of the Russian people, there is no racism that exists in other countries. Russia is a very beautiful country. I really like historical sites and nature. I am very grateful to Russia and SSTU. I would not have studied mechanical engineering, which I have always wanted to study, if I had not come to Russia. Thank you.

My field of studies in SSTU is Oil and Gas Engineering. I am a 3rd year student. I decided to enter SSTU because of the excellent teaching, good cooperation of students and teachers, who are very kind and always help us in any situation. Moreover, I like Saratov, its wonderful weather in the summer and kind people.

My dream was to study in Russia, because the level of education in this country is very high and appreciated all over the world. I chose Saratov because I heard a lot of good things about studying at SSTU from friends who studied here. Saratov is a small city. It is inexpensive to live and study here. Besides, I wanted to communicate with the Russian people and to find new friends. They say that in small cities everyone knows each other. We actually became friends and live like one family. The people here are very friendly. As it turned out, the Russian language is not that difficult. Many friends of mine helped me to learn it. During 5 years of study, I traveled a lot, saw different cities, was able to understand Russian culture. I saw not only Saratov, where life is calm, but also Moscow - the vibrant capital, the center of technology and art. When I was a 2nd year student and adapted to life in Saratov, I started to help new students so that they would not face any difficulties. This city has become my home. I would also like to express my gratitude to the administration and teachers of the university for the opportunity to study here.

I am from Egypt. I am 22 years old. I live in Russia, in Saratov. I came to Saratov because it is known for its beauty and good people. I am studying at SSTU because it is one of the best universities in Russia. I also feel that this is my city. The teachers constantly help us if we need something. My field of studies is Oil And Gas Engineering. Our dean's office personnel monitor our study progress and help us if we have some questions. There are also very good people at International Relations Office, I always want to thank them))
