7th Science Fest at SSTU: in trend of modern science 11.10.2016

 October 8th , 2016 SSTU has hosted the Science  Fest for the seventh time, so this event has already become a traditional one. Gagarin University annually  opens its doors for everyone who’s interested in modern scientific achievements, creative projects, science and education’s development perspectives. The guests of SSTU take part in different scientific experiments, competitions and excursions, attend workshops andlectures of leading university professors, test modern laboratory equipment and also get acquainted to the best students’ projects. The central event of the festival is always the exhibition dedicated to the modern technical and scientific  achievements of Saratov scientists.  

Honorable guests took part in the Festival’s opening ceremony where SSTU rector Mr. Igor Pleve greeted all the guests.

The participants of the festival , who represent all SSTU departments, has showed the most interesting scientific attainments: robots’ competition and chemical experiments, cosmic models and nano- developments , 3D modeling and prototyping in machinery. Everybody could touch all the showpieces, try themselves a real scientists, won prises in quests and lotteries, find out the television art secrets, have a trip to Paleogene period of the History, inscribe the voice on the paper , watch the robot in a labyrinth and even feel themselves like an astronaut.
