Attention! Dactyloscopy of foreign students!

In connection with modification of the Federal law from 25.07.2002 115-FZ "About the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation", all foreign citizens (except citizens of the Republic of Belarus), who have arrived in the Russian Federation, are obliged to pass the dactiloscopic registration, photographing as well as medical examination!

All foreign students of the University who have entered the territory of the Russian Federation must undergo the above mentioned procedures within 90 calendar days from the date of entry into the country!

Step 1: Medical examination can be performed at the authorized medical organizations (the list and detailed information is enclosed).

When undergoing medical examination, a foreign student must have:

  • an identity document;

  • a copy of a migration card;

  • copy of visa (if any).

Step 2: For fingerprint registration and photographing it is necessary to provide the results of medical examination at the place of registration of foreign students (for students who live in the university dormitories - Saratov, Chapaeva street, 17, Migration Department of Police Department № 5 in the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in Saratov).

Obligatory state fingerprint registration and photographing is carried out by internal affairs bodies once, without collection of state fees, regardless of the number of entries/exits to the Russian Federation!

In case of non-compliance with the obligation to undergo mandatory state dactiloscopic registration, photographing and (or) medical examination in respect of such foreign nationals will be considered an issue of reducing the term of temporary stay in the Russian Federation!
