Foreign students were told about the danger of extremism and terrorism

Foreign students of Engels Technological Institute (branch) of SSTU were given a lecture on counteraction to extremism and terrorism. An employee of the Center for counteraction to extremism of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in Saratov region informed about the danger they pose to the society.

As part of the meeting the students were shown informational videos that explained the concepts related to extremism. The officer of the Main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia also commented on the current situation regarding extremist activity, peculiarities of administrative and criminal responsibility for such deeds.

At the end of the event students actively asked the questions they were interested in.
