SSTU has found a new partner in Uzbekistan
Gagarin State Technical University has signed a cooperation agreement with the Namangan Institute of Textile Industry. The agreement is aimed at organizing cooperation in the educational, research, innovation and public spheres in the field of development of modern technologies and scientific achievements in education.
Namangan Institute of Textile Industry is an outstanding center of science and technology and occupies a worthy place among higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.
The main objectives of partner universities are to train highly qualified specialists and scientific and pedagogical personnel for advanced industries who are competitive in the labor market.
"Yuri Gagarin State Technical University is pleased to have the opportunity to start cooperation with the Namangan Institute of Textile Industry and conclude an agreement to establish long-term partnerships and implement joint activities. I express confidence in the establishment of strong friendly relations and hope for further mutually beneficial and fruitful cooperation," said the Rector of SSTU, Professor Sergey Naumov.
The agreement was concluded within the framework of SSTU work at the conference "Prospects for higher technical education in the context of scientific and technological development", held in Tashkent.
