SSTU scientists took part in an International scientific conference in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern scientific technologies and Innovations: contribution to the sustainable development of education and a multipolar world order" was held at the Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems. The organizer was the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Gagarin State Technical University.

Within the framework of four thematic sections, scientists from the Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems, I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Korolev Samara National Research University, Orenburg State Agrarian University and other higher educational and scientific institutions presented their reports.

In the section "New horizons in engineering and Technology: modern achievements, future directions and the role of artificial intelligence", the moderator from the SSTU was Associate Professor of the Department of Thermal and Nuclear Energy named after A.I. Andryushchenko of the Institute of Energy Alexandra Kulbyakina.

The section was attended by scientists from the Technical University: Professor of the Department of Information Security of Automated Systems at the Institute of Electronic Engineering and Instrumentation (IEEI) Vil Bayburin, Associate Professor of the same Department Valentina Doroshenko, Head of the Department of Materials Science and Biomedical Engineering at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Transport Alexander Fomin, Associate Professor of the same Department Vladimir Koshuro, Director of IEEI, Associate Professor of the Department "Radio Electronics and Telecommunications" Alexander Nikiforov, Assistant of the Department of "Instrument Engineering" IEEI Yaroslav Pakhomov, Head of the Department "Electronic Devices and Devices" IEEI, Professor Alexey Miroshnichenko, Ph.D. Pavel Shalaev, Professor of the Department "Applied Information Technologies" of the Institute of Applied Information Technologies and Communications Vitaly Pechenkin.

In the section "Digital technologies of education, economic strategies and legal aspects of sustainable development of modern civil society: challenges and prospects" was moderated by Arkady Plotnikov, Professor of the Department of Industry Management and Economic Security at the Socio-Economic Institute. The section featured presentations by the head of the same department Veronika Becher, Professor of the same department Oksana Kiseleva, Arkady Plotnikov.

Within the framework of the conference, the prospects for further development of relations between SSTU and higher educational institutions of the CIS countries were also discussed.
