SSTU strengthens cooperation with Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The business visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Gagarin State Technical University began with a visit to the Russian House in Tashkent. Alexey Kazinsky, Director of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Transport, met with Irina Staroselskaya, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Irina Sulzhina, coordinator of educational programs at the representative office.

The meeting discussed issues of promising cooperation between SSTU and the Russian House in Tashkent, including work on the promotion of educational programs, the development of academic mobility, research in priority areas of science and technology, the exchange of scientific and technical information, experience in conducting scientific work, and the search for effective forms of scientific cooperation.

With the support of the Russian House in Tashkent, it is planned to implement career guidance events, conduct master classes in educational institutions of Uzbekistan, and visit partner universities.

Recall that since November 2021, SSTU has been a partner of the Federal Agency for International Humanitarian Cooperation Rossotrudnichestvo and actively implements joint projects.
