VHI policies for international students of SSTU

We remind you that in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, a foreign citizen residing in the territory of the Russian Federation is obliged to have a valid medical insurance contract (policy). If there is no VHI policy, he is obliged to issue a document, if available, extend the validity period of the policy.

The standard VHI policy is a risk insurance covering the treatment of chronic diseases only in the acute stage.

For dynamic monitoring of chronic diseases and obtaining a prescription for medicines, it is necessary:

• to purchase an extended package of VHI services (check with insurance companies for information); 
• contact a paid doctor.
