International Students' Association begins its work

On the 7th of December the kick-off meeting of the International Students' Association of Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov took place. At the meeting every participant introduced himself/herself and told what country he/she is from and what he/she studies at our University. It turned out that many international students are bright and talented, who not only manage to study well, but also have different hobbies. They plan to take part in various events at the University, to unleash their creative potential and to take an active part in student life.

At the next meeting, the international students will give a presentation about their country, so that everyone can get acquainted with the culture that is new to them. Also members of the Association will go on excursions, visit the theatre and take part in meetings with famous people and other events at the University.

We would like to remind you that the main goal of the Association is to help international students to adapt and socialize while studying in Russia, as well as to strengthen mutual understanding and create trusting relationships.
