Foreign citizens can study at the preparatory faculty of SSTU by quota

Yuri Gagarin Saratov State Technical University has successfully passed the federal selection process and received budget places for foreign citizens to study at the preparatory faculty.

On March 31, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science held a session of the expert commission for the selection of universities that will provide education for foreign citizens at the expense of the federal budget in the academic year 2026/27. As a result of the commission’s work, SSTU was included in the final list.

Now foreign citizens and stateless persons will be able to prepare for professional education programmes in Russian at the SSTU at the expense of the federal budget.

This refers to persons who enrol for studies within the quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation established by the Russian Government.
