New students of Russian language courses

We are glad to welcome new students of Russian language courses! SSTU expands the boundaries of academic mobility - this time students from Senegal and the Central African Republic came to our university.

So that the snowy weather did not surprise the girls from Africa, the staff of the International Communications Department organized a warm welcome. For Charlene Sombo and Sagna Dioma conducted guided tours of the SSTU history museum with translation into French, as well as showed the scientific and technical library and the campus area.

Russian language courses are held annually at the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov. Soon foreign applicants will have the opportunity to take our university subject courses in general disciplines - physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, etc. After the courses students will be able to enroll in one of the Russian educational programs.

Charlene Sombo shared her impressions: «The first thing that impressed me upon my arrival in Saratov was the amount of snow! But despite the weather conditions SSTU gave a warm welcome - I especially liked the library, I think I will spend a lot of time there when I start my studies. Thanks to the Office of International Communications for organizing the meeting and introductory tours of the campus!»
