Russian students can get a scholarship to study in Vietnam

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs about the start of accepting applications from candidates for participation in the competitive selection for the scholarship program of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for study, internship and advanced training at Vietnamese universities in the 2024/2025 academic year.
