International Student of SSTU Scholarship Winner of Rosatom State Corporation

Second-year master’s student of the Institute of Urban Studies, Architecture and Construction, Amer Adam Mohamed Mahmoud Elbaz (Egypt), has won a prestigious competition for a scholarship from the Rosatom State Corporation.

The competition programme aims to develop a professional community of young leaders capable of creating and implementing innovative projects in the field of nuclear technology that contribute to sustainable social development in the corporation’s partner countries. It supports students with high academic achievements who are active participants in scientific conferences, Olympiads and competitions.

Scholarship recipients not only receive monthly financial support of 20,000 roubles for the entire duration of their master’s studies, but they also can have the opportunity to participate in valuable educational and professional events, network with like-minded people and build a strong portfolio as a young researcher.

‘For me, this scholarship is not only recognition of my achievements, but also a chance to bring new ideas and projects in the field of ecology and environmental management to life’, said Amer Elbaz.
