SSTU Holds a Meeting with Vietnamese University
The University of Tuiloï (Hanoi, Vietnam) initiated an online round-table discussion with the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov.
Speaking on behalf of Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov were Tamara Budanova, Head of the International Communications Department, Svetlana Kumova, Head of the Institute of Applied Information Technologies and Communications and Alexander Strakhov, Head of the Institute of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction.
The Vietnamese side was represented by Le Quang Tuan, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation.
Thuy Loi University is a state university in Vietnam specialising in training in the fields of water resources, hydropower, ecology, disaster management and related disciplines. The university trains specialists in these fields through bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate programmes.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the organisation of academic cooperation, internships, joint educational programmes and scientific researches. The partner universities expressed their willingness to engage in long-term, systematic and fruitful cooperation. There are plans to sign a memorandum of cooperation.
