Huaiyin Institute of Technology is a New Partner University of SSTU

Following the China Education Expo (CEE) international education exhibition, held from 31 October to 1 November 2025 in Beijing, Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov and Huaiyin Institute of Technology (PRC) signed a memorandum of agreement.

The memorandum provides for cooperation in the field of education and scientific research, namely the organisation of academic mobility exchanges for students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate programmes, the holding of master classes, seminars, conferences, scientific and practical research, etc.

Huaiyin Institute of Technology is a state-owned multidisciplinary engineering and technical institute in Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province, with more than 15,000 students studying in high-demand fields such as engineering, ecology and environmental protection, management and economics. The institute offers 74 bachelor's programmes and 14 master’s programmes.
