SSTU strengthens cooperation with Tanzanian university

The 4th International Conference on Business Management and Economic Development (ICBMED) has concluded in Mwanza (United Republic of Tanzania). Following the participation of Oksana Kiseleva - Professor of the Department of Industry Management and Economic Security of the Socio-Economic Institute, Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tanzanian Institute of Accountancy.

The Tanzanian Institute of Accountancy is one of the leading and most prestigious educational institutions in the country. Its activities are aimed at training specialists in the fields of accounting, procurement and logistics management, business administration, human resources management, public sector finance, marketing and public relations, project planning and management, financial management and other areas in demand in the modern professional community.

The memorandum will serve as a basis for the development of academic mobility, joint scientific research and the organisation of educational events. With the support of the Russian House in Dar es Salaam, the parties plan to implement a number of projects aimed at strengthening international cooperation and exchanging best practices in the field of education and science.

SSTU will continue to expand its partnerships, strengthening the university's position in the global educational arena.
