Students of Russian Language Courses Visit Cultural Sights in Saratov

Students of Russian language courses at the Language and Subject Training Centre of the International Communications Department of the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov from Bangladesh, Morocco and Algeria visited the Saratov Islamic Complex. The excursion was guided by Alexei Muratov, a Public Relations Specialist at the International Relations Department.

During the visit, participants were told about educational and social projects, as well as the development of interfaith cooperation in the Saratov region. Foreign students learned about the history of the Saratov Cathedral Mosque, its architectural features and its significance in the cultural and spiritual life of the region.

Such events help foreign students to become better acquainted with the culture and traditions of the peoples of Russia and promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.

The event was organised by the Ministry of Internal Policy and Public Relations of the Saratov Region as part of the implementation of the Russian Federation's State National Policy Strategy until 2036.
