The RUDN International Youth Centre, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, is organising the second round of the Horizons of Opportunity supplementary development programme for foreign students at Russian universities.

The in-person stage of the All-Russian Student Olympiad in Ecology with International Participation was held on February 18–19, 2026, bringing together talented students from universities in Saratov and partner universities in Kazakhstan.

Foreign students of the Language Preparatory Centre of the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov from Lebanon, Sudan, Morocco, Turkey, Mongolia, Mali and Guinea took part in the Maslenitsa folk festival, which was held in Library No. 9.

On the initiative of Huaiyin Institute of Technology, an online meeting with representatives of partner universities was held at Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov, aimed at developing international academic cooperation.

This year, the third Obninsk Tech Winter School 2026 is taking place in Obninsk from 1 to 7 February, bringing together students from different countries to learn and share experiences in the field of nuclear technology.

A lecture dedicated to the 82nd anniversary of the complete lifting of the siege of Leningrad was held at the Gagarin Saratov State Technical University.

A series of meetings has started at the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov. The aim of the meetings is to improve relations between different ethnic groups and to stop extremist ideas, religious and ethnic tensions among young people.
